Terms of Service
The short version: use the site in good faith, engagements run on their own contracts, and Korean law governs.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of deep8global.com (the “Site”) operated by Deep8 Global Inc. (주식회사 딥에잇글로벌, “Deep8,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Our Services
Deep8 is a growth studio providing performance advertising management (Meta, TikTok, Google and related platforms), influencer and viral marketing, and website design and development — with a focus on international patient acquisition for clinics in Korea.
Descriptions on the Site are informational. Actual engagements are governed by an individual service agreement (proposal, statement of work, or contract) executed between Deep8 and each client; where those documents conflict with these Terms, the service agreement prevails for that engagement.
3. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping at disruptive volume, or using it for unlawful purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, and branding — are owned by Deep8 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or exploit them without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
Client materials remain the property of the respective client. Platform names and trademarks (Meta, TikTok, Google, and others) belong to their respective owners; their use on the Site does not imply endorsement.
5. Disclaimers
Advertising outcomes depend on markets, platforms, budgets, and factors outside any agency's control. Except as expressly set out in an executed service agreement, the Site and its content are provided “as is,” and Deep8 does not guarantee specific campaign results, rankings, or revenue outcomes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep8 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.
8. Changes & Contact
We may revise these Terms from time to time; the effective date below reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
