Plainly: we collect only what we need to talk to you and to run the campaigns our clients hire us for — and we never sell it.
1. Who We Are
Deep8 Global Inc. (주식회사 딥에잇글로벌, “Deep8,” “we,” “us”) is a performance-led growth studio based in the Republic of Korea. We provide paid advertising management (Meta, TikTok, Google), influencer marketing, and website development services for clinics and businesses serving international audiences.
This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to deep8global.com and to the data we handle when delivering our services.
2. Information We Collect
Inquiries & correspondence — when you contact us by email or through a form, we receive the information you choose to share: typically your name, contact details, company or clinic name, and the content of your message.
Advertising service data — when we manage advertising on behalf of a client, we access campaign data (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, audience aggregates) through the official APIs and business tools of platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google, strictly under the client's authorization as their designated partner.
Website usage — our site may collect standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and analytics events used to understand aggregate site performance.
3. How We Use Information
To respond to inquiries and communicate about our services; to plan, operate, measure, and report on advertising campaigns for our clients; to improve our website and services; and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use client campaign data for any purpose other than delivering the contracted services.
4. Advertising Platform Data
Data accessed through advertising platforms (including the Meta Marketing API) is handled in accordance with each platform's terms, developer policies, and the permissions granted by our clients. Access is scoped to the assets each client assigns to us, and ends when that authorization is revoked.
5. Retention & Deletion
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing d8g1@deep8global.com. We will confirm and process verified requests without undue delay. This same channel handles user data deletion requests relating to any of our platform integrations.
6. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that support our operations (such as hosting and analytics providers), with advertising platforms as necessary to deliver contracted services, or where required by law. We require processors to protect information consistently with this policy.
7. Security & International Transfer
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — access controls, encrypted transport, and least-privilege credentials — to protect information. As we serve international audiences, information may be processed on infrastructure located outside your country; where it is, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law — including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea (PIPA) — you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal information, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
